Interview: Oral History Collection Showcases School Consolidation

A recently concluded oral history project has drawn together the voices of educators, legislators, students and parents in Illinois. It was done by the Abraham Lincoln Presidential Library and Museum to shed light on the issues of school consolidation and reorganization. Rachel Otwell recently spoke with William Phillips and Mark DePue who were both involved in the project:
