Illinois congressional and legislative candidates will gather in Springfield tomorrow for a public meeting hosted by the Faith Coalition for the Common Good. County and school board members as well as city council members are also expected to attend.
The meeting is at Union Baptist Church at 1405 East Monroe at 6:30. It’s meant to get the public geared up for the coming election – and also versed in community issues, like high speed rail.
