E-Waste Dumping Ban Creates Jobs, New Regulatory Hurdles

Illinois’ statewide ban on dumping consumer electronics went into effect the first of the year.  As Peter Gray reports, the push to keep old TVs and computers out of landfills has helped create “green” jobs in the new industry of “urban mining”.  But it has also created new challenges for state environmental regulators:
