Overcrowding in the Illinois prison system has officials housing inmates in some rather unusual places. In Vandalia, some are kept in basements that regularly flood and are likely filled with mold. Robert Wildeboer of Illinois Public Radio member station WBEZ speaks with inmates recently released from Vandalia, who say they were threatened by prison employees when they complained about the living situation.

What the hell does that tell you about Quinn. Our state and government they are always trying to hide things. But when it comes to them being unfaithful or untruthful they hide it well. We have ALL seen this it makes me sick how corrupt our govenment can actually be. But they always get out of it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
