Springfield Woman Writes Of Family’s Experience In Japanese-American Internment Camp

For six years Yosh Golden ran a store in downtown Springfield called Sachi Flowers and Gifts. Golden decided to close the business in order to write about her family’s roots.
Golden was born in a Japanese-American internment camp in California during World War II. She spent her first 9 months of life there. Rachel Otwell recently spoke with Golden about her decision to perserve the story of her family:
