The Hoogland Center for the Arts is hosting a play that features humor in the city’s history. Written by Springfield native Tara McClellan McAndrew and called “The Lighter Side of Springfield History” the play explores the state’s legacy of political corruption and is aimed at getting lots of laughs. Rachel Otwell spoke with her about it:
